The Akashic Records - Pagan Alliance of the Lowcountry

Ever given any thought to where we go when we pass? I think many of us have. I’ve readvarious descriptions of the afterlife from psychics, mediums, and people who’ve had neardeath experiences to try to understand what happens to us when our physical bodiescease to exist. Several times over the years in those accounts, I’d read about the AkashicRecords. I had no idea that in 2023, the Akashic Records would change my life.

If you’ve never heard of the Akashic Records, you’re not alone. Most people haven’t heard of them, or have heard the term but don’t know what they are. The Akashic realm is an energetic realm where the history of your soul is stored. Picture a giant room filled with never-ending walls of file cabinets. Each soul has a drawer in a file cabinet. Within that drawer are folders for every incarnation each soul has had, and everything that was said, done, and thought in that lifetime is recorded in that folder.

It sounds WILD, right? I thought so too. I also thought it sounded like a cool thing I*might* be able to see some day when I cross over. I was very surprised to find out thatnot only could someone access my Akashic Records and do a reading for me in this life,but that I could learn to read the Akashic Records for myself and others.

My first Akashic Records reading was in August 2023. It instantly lifted me out of a depression, helped me understand the demise of my longest and most painful relationship and how I was connected to that person in a past life, explained who I was in many past lives and how that aligned with one of my current businesses, predicted me
meeting a soulmate (which happened a few days later), and more. A couple months later, I came across a certification program for Akashic Records readers. I signed up quickly, completed it, did a zillion practice readings, added it to my services offerings, and called it a damn day.

This isn’t about me, but I wanted to explain my connection with the Records so it’s not just a piece written by someone who’s never experienced a reading.
